We were unlucky enough, on our most recent trip, to have a couple with small children next door, they stayed in the local pub till well after midnight and came home with two tiny, overtired kids, a baby and a toddler, who were noisy and inconsiderate (the parents, not the kids).That is untypical for the resort, most people we have ever encountered in the past would respect others, but if you are unlucky to have people like that next door, then you will hear every scream, bang and thud.The concierge will pester you daily, as it's a timeshare resort and they have targets to make you an owner, if you are not interested, tell them, don't try to be tactful or defer them, as they will call you and come to your appartment to 'make sure everything is okay'.. but, if you tell them, in clear, uncertain terms, leave us alone, then they will.I can't add anything to what others say of the staff, they are very helpful and friendly, particularly the hardworking restaurant staff.We did notice that housekeeping seems to be less regular than in the past and that they did less when they did come in, maybe we were unlucky, or maybe it's a change in policy, we didn't ask.The evening food in the main restaurant has improved and is great value, we felt the pool bar food is now pretty dire, there is better value and better quality to be had over the road in the Irish Bar, the Wild Geese, where simple, well cooked food is available all day long.
